Honey Bee Cheerful Love Blog Hop

Hi Crafty Friends!!
The Honey Bee Stamps Cheerful Love Release is now available in the store. To celebrate the new release, we are having a two day blog hop called Cheerful Love. So please hop along with us both days to be inspired!

For my projects I used the Feelin' Foxy & Foxy Sentiments stamps.

I created the background on this card by using the Outdoor scene builder stencils  I sponge dabbed the Birch tree background stencil with Frayed burlap Distress oxide ink, over Kraft card stock. I colored the sky with a light blue zig clean color real brush marker. Adding a bit of glossy accents to my colored butterflies gives them a 3D look.

This sweet fox is popping out of our Celebration box die
I love that you can die cut the flaps separately and the die cuts a slot to add any little thing you like to the box.  I used my Chameleon Color Tones Double-Ended Colored Pencils
to color the pretty fox.
I had fun with the background on this card.  Starting with some watercolor paper I created a Distress Oxide watercolor background, then I cut out the panel using the A2 double stitched frame die  I also used the smallest double stitched die to create my title piece.  The FOXY sentiment is so cute!  I colored this fox using Prima watercolors

Be sure to visit each blog each day & leave a comment to be entered to win!!! We will be giving away two $30 gift cards to the Honey Bee Stamps store, one from each day. The winners will be posted on our blog Tuesday, February 27th.

Pawprints on My Heart

Hello friends, Today I am sharing my most recent 12x12 scrapbook layout.

With Valentines almost here I decided to create a Scrapbook layout for one of my greatest Loves, My furbaby, Tyson the English Bulldog.
For this layout I pulled out some of my favorite Honey Bee stamps, Playful Pups, Pawsome sentiments, Simple Alpha and Beautiful Life
I really enjoy the ability to mix and match my stamps when creating.

The "Pawsome Sentiments" are perfect for creating titles and adding sayings
to your scrapbook layouts. Lining them up on a Misti makes custom titles super easy.
I had a lot of fun coloring this cute pup in a brindle color pattern to match my Bulldog Tyson. I used my Chameleon Color Tones Double-Ended Colored Pencils to color the pup then I cut him out ( clipping off his tail, because bulldogs do not have long tails )

Here are some photos of the stamps I used today.

 Thanks for stopping by today.
Until next time....
Happy Scrappin'
